“Shayariholic Sadhana” by Bhagavati Chittavritti is a fast paced, humorous book written by Dr. Subir Gupta. The title literally translates to, “Life after death.” The story is told from the point of view of Shiva, a prince who rules the kingdom of Jodhpur in ancient India. This is a story of how his kingdom is devastated in a flood, but how an unlikely event prompts him to search for the elixir of life and eventually bring back the mighty Jains’ elixir of immortality, the sardar. Shiva is very familiar with the concept of death. He knows all about dying and having to go to an eternal rest. Because of this he feels that he has a duty to bring the sardar and its elixir home with him. Unfortunately, the sardar does not have a return path and is lost forever.
When we die, our bodies cease to function properly. We cease to breathe, and our cells deteriorate. In between our bodies there exists a very subtle energy field. It is a field that links our souls to the soul of the universe. When the link is broken, our bodies are able to function normally.
A great many of us do not understand the importance of death or its role in our lives. Death is seen as something that happens to us when we are old and are responsible for our own demise. But this is completely wrong. Death is something that is inherent in all of us. It is inherent because it is part of the universal laws of cause and effect.
If we are to bring the elixir of life back to earth, we must destroy the laws that govern its transportation. The current laws state that it should be destroyed where it lands and by whom. This means that all life on earth is doomed to extinction. The question is how can we destroy it and live again.
If we destroy it at the source, we will be changing the earth itself and the population of that world. Since our DNA is the pattern of all of the living things on the planet, changing it will alter the very structure of the world. It could rearrange mountains, change the ocean’s depths, or rearrange the surface of the sun.
Changing the source will also alter the very soul of that world. When we die, our souls leave our bodies and travel to the next world. They then become absorbed into the very essence of that world. When the essence leaves, it returns to the universe. This is why a dead body cannot come back into a live one.
But we can change this. We can reprogram our souls to go to another body if we choose to do so. We can even create new personalities for ourselves. This is what the ancient Hindus called “Rakta Yoga”, or Yoga of the Soul.
There are many books about Shakti Yoga for sale in the market today. These books offer you everything you need to know about this ancient form of Yoga. They are very informative and will help you get the full benefit of using the Shakti Yoga techniques. But it doesn’t stop there. You will also find out how you can achieve Kundalini awakening with these techniques.
One of the main concepts that the Hindus teach is that Shakti means “potency”. We can’t attract something in our lives unless we have an excellent source of that thing. In fact, there is a saying in Hindi that says, “You can’t push the ball further in a round hole if the hole doesn’t already spin”.
This is true in a lot of ways. For instance, a ball can’t go in a circle unless there is a hole to let it go through. And only a hole will spin. Similarly, we have to have the right energy or Shakti in order to attract something into our lives. Without it, we can’t do anything. And in the case of Yoga, that something is Shakti.
This is how Shakti can be achieved in your life. You can be happy, you can achieve your goals and you will see a transformation taking place in your body and mind. So, go for it!
